Do I need to know a lot about direct mail to use Supercards?
NO! Supercards are a turnkey product designed to give you a low cost, easy option to market your profession. You just pick a size, a color and a background; chose one of the proven messages - tell us where your events are being held and we do the rest. Tell us how you want to pay and you can be in the mail within days!

Why do you offer these colors for the post cards?
The colors offered (blue or yellow) were chosen because they are very familiar to the average consumer but also so that they will draw attention in the mailbox and be noticed and more importantly read! If you prefer, the traditional white card is also available.

How do I get the list of names to mail?
You can send us a mailing list that you use or we can supply a targeted one for you. The super low cost for our post cards include the cost of a basic list of names (age and income).

The product I sell is targeted to higher income individuals. How can I limit my mail to that group?
Supercards can provide an optional upgraded list that targets home equity, net worth or investable assets of the recipients. These additional variables are available for one cent each, per name.

How soon will my post cards go out?
We can usually mail your cards within 48 working hours after the final art is approved and payment is received.

Can I pay for Supercards with my credit card?
Yes. We will accept American Express, Visa or Master Card. You can also pay by check of course – we want to make it easy for you to market your business.

Can I make changes to the post card after you do the original set up for me?
Yes, our price includes 1 revision. One of the ways that the super low cost for our post cards is so low is by doing most of the set up for you making that available to choose from. We do send you the Supercard to approve after we set it up to make sure there are no spelling errors and that we are promoting your events exactly as you scheduled them. If you need to make additional changes after your 1 revision, we can do so for an additional cost.

Do postcards work better than letter invitations?
Supercards are a low cost option that will draw enough response to make your savings worthwhile. Keep in mind we are adding personalization that others can't offer, so that will help you a lot. Also, make sure you select a good location that will help you maximize your response and compete with other advisors that are using higher end restaurants.

I like to give out door prizes at my event to increase attendance. Can I do that with Supercards?
Yes - we can incorporate your gift message into the post card. If you don’t have a gift we can provide gift certificates that you can give out at your event. These wil have 17 gifts pictured and your guests can select 1 to be shipped directly to them by us with a couple of weeks. We provide these certificates and fulfill them for you for $10 per certificate. No mimimum.

Can I supply you with my own post card design and have you mail it for me?
Yes. We will review your design to ensure it meets postal mail requirements, and there is an approval process. Custom design services are also available, however there are additional costs involved. The designs and layouts offered by Supercards are proven to be effective, and are available for quick turnaround and a super low cost.

These postcards are nice, but I like full color - can I get that?
Yes. There are 2 full color designs available to choose from. Please note the pricing for those designs is shown separately.

I don’t have a big staff to take the calls for reservations - can you do that for me?
YES! There is a small setup fee to assign you with one of our toll free 800 numbers to use for your campaign - but then we can take the reservations for you and provide you with internet access to all of those reservations. You can even download a list of the names and addresses of those who called to use at your event and for your records.
